Bombay Engineering Works offer a versatile equipment, for use in pharmaceutical industries for sterilizing a wide range of components like ampules, vials, rubber stoppers, containers, dresses, saline bottles etc. They also find use in the food industry. The sterilizers are designed for a maximum temperature of 300 degree C, with critical control on temperature, leading to energy optimisation. This is achieved through a programmable temperature controller, the temperature time cycle being recorded on a recorder. All contact parts inside the sterilizer are of SS 304 or SS 316.
The doors are interlocked to avoid contaminated air entering the sterile room. Hot air that is discharged into the sterilizer for the purpose, is filtered through a hepa filter, down to 0.3 levels. The total cycle of operations can be fully automated to predetermined drying, sterilizing and cooling cycles. A sophisticated control panel, custom-built, closely monitors the critical parameters.

Bottle dryers are electrically heated suitable for a max. working temp. of 300 C., with critical control on temperature leading to energy optimisation.
This can be achieved by imported thermostat/digital temp. indicator controller/recorder, so that temp. time cycle being recorded on a recorder. A S.S-304 100 mesh air filter is provided at air inlet as a standard feature in all bottle dryers, which is removable/replaceable/washable. The ovens are incorporated with axial flow tubular sanction fan which is statically & dynamically balanced & circulation of air is based on axial flow forced draft circulation & recirculation arrangement to give uniform temp. all over the working area with minimum stoving cycle. The Company also caters to the requirements of the clients by making custom built stoving ovens/powder coating ovens specifically for their use. The ovens can be electrically heated or with thermic fluid or with electric cum thermic fluid heated.
Bombay Engineering Works offers, DRUM MELTING CHAMBERS suitable to accomodate Single Drum to Multiple Drums (each of 200Lts. cap), with standard models ranging to accomodate 2 drums to 16 drums at a time, these chambers are compact fabricated with MS angle iron or SS framework with SS / MS CRCA sheets internally & externally with required insulation to avoid heat loss & it occupies about one third of the floor space required as compared to conventional melter, at the same time gives lowest melting batch cycle. These chambers are having 3 Modes of heating namely Electrical (For Non FLP Products), Steam, Thermic Fluid as required by the conditions of operation. The temp distribution is uniform through out the chamber so that product within the drum are melted uniformly from all the side of the drum with accurate control of temp. with built in safety norms.
